Great for a relaxing and calming bath before bed. This works really does work and the natural ingredients and lovely lavender smell are so great for de-stressing. This also makes a wonderful gift.

This is honestly so good. A friend gave it to me when I was really tired and stressed and I have been getting it ever since. Very natural, great fragrance - very strong. Highly recommend

This is the second tub of this I've bought. I can't say I have noticed any particular positive impact on my sleep, but what I can say is I love the smell and sprinkling a little in your bath feels luxurious and will definitely help you relax. Another plus point is that despite it being heavily scented, it does not seem to bother my very sensitive skin or make me itchy like other scented bath products sometimes can. My only complaint is despite it being strongly scented and a little going a long way, I still find the pot runs out quite quickly. I wish you got slightly more for your money as it's quite expensive.

Love this bath soak, it’s very concentrated so you don’t need much which is good bearing in mind the high price

This is fantastic, you only need a small amount no more than a teaspoon. I always have an amazing nights sleep after using it, so relaxed and I do lead a busy very stressful life. I have also bought it for a friend who really struggles with sleep and even she finds it helpful, in allowing a longer time asleep.
