A most excellent solder iron!!!
This is an excellent solder iron, very well made and super useful!I’m. Not that into soldering stuff, but had to have an iron to solder some stereo wires because I hate hack jobs and those butt connectors- they just make a wiring job look horrible and the connections are not that great.I bought this because it was cordless and can solder at various temps. It lasts a good amount of time on a single charge and doesn’t take that long to charge. I just plugged it in to charge about an hour before I began my project and it lasted the entire duration. It did such a good job that I even used it to remake my door wire harness on my 91 MR2 and the results were perfect. It comes with multiple tips and I found the fine point to be extremely valuable when dealing with small areas. The base is awesome and has a sponge for cleaning the tip. Looks great and is made great.Overall an excellent solder iron!

Worth the trade off-over a wired unit, any day.
Super quick heating and adjustability make this my go-to especially for more delicate projects. The power is great but the tips are small, so don't expect this to work well on any larger gauge projects. The battery life is quite remarkable for its size, I can go two hours of use without a recharge due to it's auto sleep-mode. Albeit the auto sleep mode can be annoying as it will shut off heat after 10-15 seconds of no movement so for larger pads and components this can be quite irritating. I find this to be a fair trade off it for its small size and wide versatility as well as it being wireless. Recommended!

Sharp looking, convenient and heats quick!
Heats up sooo fast! I’ve used it a few times now and the tips it comes with are perfect. I’ve soldered a few times and also used it to heat a small grub screw with lock tight. I haven’t had an issue with the auto shutoff feature. It literally get to temp is under 10 seconds depending how hot you have it set. It’s light weight and comfortable to hold. The stand with sponge are nice looking and work well. The little storage compartment for the tips is great and keeps things organized. The solder sucker is very strong and well built.

Great for hobby electronics, tips are somewhat difficult to insert.
I ordered this soldering iron because I needed something that I could just pick up and use immediately. This does that very well, and it's now a staple of my workstation at home. However, there is a slight issue that I have encountered. When the soldering tip is not inserted completely into the device, the device will blink to let you know they are not insterted, which is very useful. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to get the tips to actually get into the soldering iron. For some reason, they are very difficult to get in, and in my case, I've had to take them out and put them back in over ten times before they register. Once they're in, they're in, and it works great, but I can only provide it with four stars for that purpose. The iron seems durable, and the heat transfer works great, so I fully recommend this for anyone who works with hobby electronics.

Who knew a soldering iron could make you smile.
I love this thing.Back story - I bought a cheap soldering iron and it destroyed everything I used it on. So I returned it and got this one. They actually thought through the design of this product unlike so many things now a days.- The stand works and is stable enough to hold the iron while you press a wire against it etc.- The little tip drawer is well made and spring loaded / locks in place well.- The tips fit in like a dermal tool tip almost - secure, and simple and all feels well made.- Battery life seems good so far ~ only used for a couple hours on and off- It gets really hot right at the tip and it does it fast. Able to heat a small pin and wire to soldering temp in a second or two and it is easy to get it where you want.- Feels nice, fits the hand well, button could be towards the back so you do not accidentally turn it off ( done that twice ) but I will adapt.- Has a ring light around the front to help see ( eyes are not what they were in my youth so this is good )If Apple made tools, they would probably be a lot like these.I got it for a good price.. I can not recall exactly at the moment, but maybe $50-$60 and it is worth every penny.I was not paid or given this product for review, nor asked for my review. That being said... If the company would like me to review other products, I would be more than happy to test them out :D.

Love it, highly recommend
Best portable soldering iron I've ever used. It heats up so quick, stays charged for a pretty long time. I purchased it a few weeks ago and charged it once, used it about a dozen times already and havent had to charge it yet. Love the base it comes with and the storage drawer for the different tips. Keeps everything together in one place which is very convenient.

read this before you buy it.
does it function? sure. until the battery no longer carries enough juice to heat the tip to your temp setting. hope you remembered to keep it constantly plugged in recharging on its little 12” long charge cable while you were working.11 watts. That’s what it’s rated in the item description. it works fine for occasional hobbyist type sessions, as long as you don’t mind shelling out $10 per replacement tip every 2-3 weeks and 2-3 projects, because that’s the longest they will last at 570°F and below. Since i’ve moved on to advanced electronics, 11 watts doesn’t cut it. You need 40 or more.I repaired or built exactly 5 guitars, half of a pedal, and repaired a toy or two for my kid. how do you go through a half dozen tips after only that much work, watching your heat, re-tinning and fluxing properly?all in all, this thing is about $30 over priced, and you will pay $30-40 in additional tips within the first 3-6 months of casual usage. And that is if the tips don’t separate in half while you are attempting a delicate operation, which one did, and it ruined the socket of a PCB when it fell off the tool. What a piece of unreliable, hidden cost trash from yet another fly-by-night chinese company with a goofy non-sense name and zero brand credibility.
