Does the job very well
Will recommend this everyone! Cheap and efficient. I’ve been using these for the past year and they have work wonders. Will continue to buy once I run put again. Application is very simple and I never feel skin irritation with these

For runner's chaffing, look no further...
If you're a guy and you're a decently aggressive runner (aka, an aggressive pace for longer than 30-35 minutes), odds are you've soaked through your shirts, experience chaffing and probably suffered from a fair amount of bleeding from your nipples as a result. It's painful, it stings in the shower, it's held me back from longer runs and it has ruined some nice tops. That is - until I found this product. This product really is a culmination of some things you wouldn't expect. It's extraordinarily thin which you would think would make it ineffective. Even with fitted clothes you'll never see this product so it's very discrete. It's extraordinarily strong and "will" stay in place. One perceived downside is that removing them isn't always easy, but the important things to keep in mind here is a) they stay on even during rigorous exercise and b) you can even wear them a second day (my experience has shown it'll survive one shower) if you want to stretch the usable life out of them. The proof is in the application. I'm training for a half marathon and I've been daily averaging 6 miles or more (very often around 8). I recently finished over an 11 mile run with no discomfort. I remember prior to using these, I'd really shut down around 4 miles in because of the pain from the bleeding. I'd love it if these were less expensive, but based on the price of similar products, it looks like these are at a competitive price point. I've tried tape, I've tried band-aids, but they just don't work as effectively as these do (they don't stay adhered to the skin with serious sweat). If you're looking at logging only a few miles a day you'll probably be able to live without these, but if chaffing is holding you back - these are the solution. I'll be back for more!

They do the job
First time using covers for running and I have to say that they do the job. I could definitely see the difference when I put on my shirt. They’re about the size of a quarter, they are sweat resistance and will stay on. If you’re sensitive, they may hurt taking off, but it didn’t bother me a bit. Sweat does stay built up underneath so definitely take them off once you’re done with your activities.

Sticky material ON nipple.
Horrendous product. The geniuses at this company decided to put a sticker on the WHOLE thing so the sticky part also goes over your nipples. Complete garbage.

WORKS GREAT!!
Terrific product. It's really a life saver. After some very embarrassing bloody streaks down my shirts during some long runs, I took a chance on this product and I'm happy to say I couldn't be more relieved, impressed, and grateful. I've used these on several runs (so far ranging from 6 to 21 miles) in various weather conditions. They stay securely in place even in the heat, the cold, the rain, and with plenty of sweating. I have a hairy chest and all I had to do was slightly trim the hair around the nipple area. They're easy to use, easy to remove, and so far, offer reliable protection. In my experience, they protect the nipples very well but they don't hide them. If you need a product for concealing nipples, this one probably won't work but if you're a runner and you need to prevent bleeding nipples, I highly recommend this product.

These will not fall off!
Review from my husband: Wow... I'm impressed! As a runner and a triathlete I've struggled to find a nipple protector that won't fall off during long runs as I tend to sweat profusely even when it's not that hot. I have tried round band aids, 3M Nexcare tape and a few other methods with limited success. After looking at race photos that made it look like I got shot in the chest I knew I had to find an alternative. I searched the reviews here on Amazon and settled on these amazing things... Mr. Nipple Hide & Protect nipple covers. This is all I need to tell you... last weekend I did Ironman Chattanooga (2.4 mile swim, 116 mile bike ride (yes, 4 miles longer than normal) and a 26.2 mile run)... I put on a pair of these BEFORE the start of the race. I put extra pairs of these things in every race bag (after swim (T1 bag), midway on bike (special needs), after bike (T2) and midway on run (special needs))... I expected them to maybe fall off during the swim, but these suckers stayed on for all 144.6 miles. Definitely impressed! My one tip... put them on when your skin is dry and they'll last you all day.

They work
I would think they’d come off a tad easier. They do pull on the nipple skin but they’re comfortable to wear and do their job so take one for the other.

Keeps nice and hidden
These tapes are great and stay on all night. They are extremely sticky, but they feel like peeling a bandaid off when you’re done with them. They flatten out the nipples and can’t be seen under shirts. There are so many in a pack that I will probably only have to buy these once a year or so.
