Great Preventer and Disinfectant!
I have a few skylights in my house, and one became an issue in a recent rain storm. It let in quite a bit of water to my house. I had a dehumidifier ready to go, but that can only help so much. Enter the Mold Armor Disinfectant and Flood Cleanup. After I mopped up the water and dried off everything as much as I could, I gave the area a wipe down with the Mold Armor Disinfectant in hopes that I could salvage what I had with the help of the Mold Armor and dehumidifier. I can say after a week we are looking good and I don't see or smell any signs of mold. I still need to get up into the attic to ensure there's no more damage up there, but I can assure you I'll be bringing my Mold Armor up there when I do go and check.

Maybe more prevention than cleaning
I ordered this with one specific issue in mind. The weather stripping around my north-facing garage door seems to be a favorite spot for mold and/or mildew. Although the product description includes "ONE-STEP surface disinfectant, cleaner", it didn't do much to clean up the weather stripping, but several other products I've tried before haven't yielded any better results. I've since had moderately good results with a bleach-based house wash product. A couple of weeks after using that I applied this Mold Armor product for prevention. So far, so good. I also tried using this product on my shower tile and it was OK, but not great on the grout even after scrubbing.

Mold Armor Cleaner -- It Works!
I had remarkable success with the Mold Armor mold preventer, disinfectant and flood cleanup spray. I used it in two arenas – as a mold preventer and a disinfectant.I deployed it as a mold preventer in my garage around the plumbing, pump, and filter associated with my water well. The cold ground water and the summer heat proved to be the perfect ingredients to create breeding grounds for mold and mildew. Mold Armor turned this area into a pristine location.I also used Mold Armor in my bathrooms. I had the greatest success in the commodes. The spray was especially effective on the porcelain –including successfully removing iron stains from the iron in my well water. It left the other parts of the commode gleaming. My next target was the bathtub with soaking jets. I had cleaned it earlier with “regular” brand named cleaners, but it became so much cleaner after an application of Mold Armor. There was a new level of cleanliness.Mold Armor also worked on my showers. It is interesting to see how the amount of “stuff” I was leaving on my shower stalls when using other products.I am sold on Mold Armor. The highlights include:1. A great smell – I only wish that it lingered forever2. A safety tab on the tip of the sprayer (think of a child’s safety cap on a medicine bottle – yes, there is the concern about reduced accessibility for some folks, but this is a neat idea)3. It kills 99.9 percent of COVID and other germs4. It worksI have only one additional comment – be sure to keep the information pages on the rear of the bottle dry – I learned the hard way that the printing on the interior pages is not water resistant.

Effective and multipurpose without an overpowering scent
I have a tub with a small leak that causes spots of mold to pop up where the water splashes against the sides of the tub; the spots will appear every couple days if I don't clean the tub every day. I tried this Mold Armor mold preventer on it and I no longer get those spots between cleanings, so this has been effective for me. The fact that this can also be used as a regular cleaner and disinfectant is a huge plus: fewer products to store and fewer cleaners to worry about mixing and accidentally causing a hazardous reaction. This cleaner doesn't have a strong scent, which I can appreciate. The scent it does have isn't what I would consider pleasant (you wouldn't want your whole house smelling like it, it's vaguely reminiscent of scented insect repellent), but it's light and doesn't linger so I don't dread having to use this product.

What they don't tell you in the description is this is *only* for use on non-porous surfaces.

Impressive results around the shower stall
The edges of our stand up shower have always been a spot where mildew would crop up quickly. I was skeptical, but I put some mold armor around the edges and I haven't seen any mildew crop up since. I've been spraying it around other bathroom surfaces now that need to be kept clean. The smell isn't offensive and it doesn't linger for too long. I'm sure it's always good to have fresh air when using any cleaners, but this doesn't have that long lasting smell that bleach does. I'm really happy with how this works.

Basement apartment savior
This was an absolute must to our cleaning arsenal. We live in a basement/garden level apartment so our window sills/edges are a constant battle with the elements. First used this at the beginning of the Summer and only now going back in to clean and spray with it again. And there is significantly less mildew than usual. Happy campers over here! Easy to use, good value for the price. A little has gone a long way. Will get another bottle when the time comes!
