ZMA Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate-180 capsules

ZMA is said to have several virtues along the lines of exercise recovery and quality of sleep. I can't speak to the recovery aspects but since taking it I fall asleep much easier despite muscle soreness and other minor discomforts that would otherwise have kept me awake, and tend to stay asleep through the night instead of waking up now and then. As an added bonus ZMA gives me frequent very vivid dreams!I've been through 2 180 count bottles of this brand and found the quality to be good, with clean capsules and no dust or broken product in the bottom.

One supplement I can say is working for sure. Puts you into a deep sleep fast so your muscles can recover from training. One side affect was unusual dreams which did happen to wake me up once in a while.

ZMA is excellent, and there are tons of companies selling. Go for the best priced. Anything more than $25.00 for 180 caps, you are paying too much.The best price I've found is Sports food. 1 cap of Sports Food ZMA = 3 caps of all others I've used. Never could understand why other companies made it to be 3 caps other than to make more money. 1 cap of Sports Food ZMA works very well.

I tried out 3 bottles of ZMA. I'm not sure the stuff works. For sleeping, it's great, but I didn't see any big difference in recovery. Save the $20

I use this product and it helps me to relax before bed time, but anything other than that I dont see..

Great for sleeping. Use it all the time. I get a great nights sleep on this stuff plus my testosterone is thru the roof. Morning wood city is where I go all the time. Wink wink. Enjoy

Not sure what's in this, but perhaps not the right ZMA formula. I've used Optimum Nutrition ZMA and Muscle Pharm ZMA which I get morning wood from, deeper sleep and more energy. From this specific ZMA brand I don't get any of it.
