Arrived promptly and very much alive.
Used these for bad bug management, so far so good. Will order more in springtime.

Great Company, fun to add
We ordered these for our bio dome project, which is a community botanical garden. Doing the "release" video for the project was very fun and we posted it to our Youtube channel. The packaging was great, arrived very fast, super clear instructions, lots of little things (like hanging boxes) and extras. Looking forward to ordering from this company for other projects as spring arrives and we can plant the outside gardens. This is the same review I will post for each of the three items we ordered, because I'm lazy and it's the same, pleasant, experience. :)

Satisfied With The Outcome
It took two tries (FedEX issue) but the product was very effective at eliminating two-spotted spider mites.

Effective predatory mites and great customer service
We used these predatory mites from Nature's Good Guys on our yew that gets mites last year and this year. Last year the predatory mites arrived fine. When the first batch arrived this year they were all dead. I figure the heat in transit killed them. Nature's Good Guys immediately replaced them and they worked great. Awesome company!

Works great in combination with P. Persimilis
After months of failing to get a spider mite problem under control using chemicals, I applied this product along with P. persimilis (same vendor) at the base of each plant. I was pretty amazed at how quickly they took care of the problem. Not sure which critter was more effective, but the combination worked well.
