The snaps are good quality and the cost is very good . I have ordered these a number of times and have never been disappointed.

I needed sturdy, 1/2 inch (or so) snaps for a rain gear project. I was working with Silnylon fabric which is very thin and slick. These were perfect. They are light weight, feel sturdy and have a strong snap. For the waist band of my project, there was extra reinforcement so the snap was easy to sew in. For the hem, which was one layer of cloth, I decided to add a fold of fabric to add thickness for sewing these on - this worked well and they were secure. Glad I found these. My project turned out great thanks in part to these.

So glad I found these heavy duty snaps. I was able to fix my granddaughters jacket and she was happy she was able to wear there favorite jacket again. I only needed a few snaps and I was able to pick the quantity I needed.

I really liked these snaps I used them on a black prom dress to keep the on the back secure!! They are strong and durable to keep Them securely snapped!

A proper snap consists of two different pieces, a female and male (so to speak) that fit together. While the quality of these individual pieces is fine, it's all tops and no bases. Two top pieces do not easily snap together. Perhaps they do if forced, but there would be considerable difficulty involved in opening and closing a garment or item on which these were sewn. I saw a few reviews that mentioned this issue, but others said they're fine. Maybe it's the luck of the draw? I'm returning these as they're not useable for me.

Secure, huge, well-made. I need to be very careful to put the two pieces together (snap them) to see which is the inside and which I should place on the garment. I’ve done it wrong and had to rip stitches. A little harder to see because black and I rarely use snaps this size. These are just as good and less expensive than the ones i got at a fabric store.
