First of all, I really liked the bands that came with the product. I was also happy that both the bands had their own bag and the product had a different large bag.I have for too long avoided leg day for fear of having to painfully learn how to squat.These wedges make squatting a breeze allowing you to focus on the actual movement of the muscles rather than keeping your balance.Out the box it may seem like you dont have enough foam pieces to have the maximum angle on both sides but the design of these are so clever that there are 3 heights you can achieve for both sides with just the 3 pieces.These are sturdy even on carpet and I have not had any issues regarding stablility when using.The foam is very compact and feels good to use, providing optimum support for long workouts.I highly recommend these for beginner gymers!

Great product highly recommended

Big negative is that there are no instructions on how to use the wedges. Not sure why as a simple sheet of paper would suffice.After spending time searching we found some You Tube videos which explained but like mentioned a simple sheet would make a lot of difference.They are easy to slot together, and give you different elevations.The resistance band are a nice addition too.I showed a friend who regularly uses (and pays for) the gym and her comments are that although they do not seen a sturdy as the solid rubber ones they seem robust and certainly good enough for the home workout.

Ordered these for the sland blocks, resistance bands are an added bonus. I've been struggling with a running related knee injury for some time so these have been great as they really take the strain off the knee but have allowed me to reintroduce weighted leg exercises to help build strength and hopefully resolve the knee issue. I've been using for a couple of weeks now and can massively feel the difference. Well made, robust, overall really pleased with this product

With no instructions, it was a case of trial and error until we came across some instructional videos. These helped to clarify almost all of our questions, and ensured safe usage.These are, of course, nowhere near as sturdy as rubber wedges - but are perfectly adequate for light workouts.

The media could not be loaded. Good set of wedges. Hard foam. 3 in there 2 smaller and one bigger add the 2 small together to make the 2nd bigger wedge. Comes with carry bag and resistance bands as well.
