Duralex Provence water glass 130ml, without filling mark, 6 Glasses

Purchased these to replace broken old ones. These are great for a small glass of fruit juice or wine (hic !!). They are durable and feel more robust than a normal glass. good value for money, would recommend.

Dropped one of the tumblers on to a hard kitchen floor on the day they arrived and it survived! They are a bit smaller than I expected and I wish I had got the larger size really but that was just me being too lazy to measure properly before ordering. The tumblers are fairly heavy and not really a thing of beauty, if you prefer finer glass, but they are functional and robust for every day use.

They're small glasses, ideal for shots, or sherry.

The iconic Provence glasses don't need much description. Bomb-proof, cleanly cut (not crystal glass level but then nor is the price!) and give a pleasing sense of history and heritage in use. However, I don't recommend these for Cortados. The sides get too hot to comfortably lift it when full of coffee. Instead, get the Duralex Picardie, their other, older design. The Picardie is the 'original' Duralex (this Provence design came later) and does a better job in ever regard, in my opinion. The Picardie has a wide flaring top, which allows you to hold it at a cooler spot and tilt into your mouth. The Provence is great but not for coffee, and I can't think of anything it does better than the Picardie which is the same price and also available here.

Llevaba un tiempo buscando vasos de este tamaño concreto, 130ml, que suelen utilizar mucho mis padres para tomar vino a la hora de la comida, ya que los que se encuentran en tiendas o grandes superficies suelen ser o más grandes en general o casi de chupito (los de 90ml). Así que fue agradable encontrármelos por aquí, el precio del pack de 6 es aceptable, y la calidad es la típica de Duralex. Buenos vasos en general, que han tenido un uso continuado y más o menos están como el primer día.
