They are on the small size
Fabulous product. I was struggling at the gym doing 'back' like bent over rows. I can lift the weight but struggled holding the dumbbell. These straps let me lift so much more weight.These are slightly small so go for the larger size, especially if you wear gloves in the gym

Loop straps
My rating for this is 5* for what they are and their purpose but given 4* only because I’m a female with skinny wrists and girly hands so they didn’t quite work for me how I would have liked (likely my own technique and likely need more practice with them) but I just personally found them awkward to use, for men who are on the whole bigger than women I’m sure they are better though so don’t let my review deter you, they are a very good product

Oversized
Way to big, I’ve got big hands and got a small size as wanted them tight, but these are huge, I’d look elsewhere to be honest

I bought a small and they’re too large
I bought this for my girlfriend as she has small wrists however they are still too big.I tried them myself as I have what I would consider “large” sized wrists yet I could fit 3 of my wrists in one loop. This is not normal as I have tried others that are tighter. (They have to be tight otherwise they give no benefit to your grip on a bar)

Impractical
I have huge hands and these are too lose/ baggy. Doesn't really feel secure during lifts.Recommend spending abit more money on better straps.Get what you pay for 😅
