No useful user manual
Great little satellite box works fine. The user manual supplied ONLY gives physical connection. It does not provide even basic instructions on setting up and using the complicated functions supported on the box. After automatically downloading hundreds of satellite channels I was unable to relocate the TV Chanel to a self allocated button. Very confusing I spent over an hour just access programmes I wanted, this was only achieved after scrolling and writing down channel numbers. I tried in vain to find a user manual on line. Very very disappointed that an excellent product has let users down by the Lack of proper manual.

Difficult to set up and bricked itself, with no way to do a factory reset
It was difficult to set up, and bricked itself when I tried to use USB storage attached to it. There's no factory reset button. Avoid.

Just what I wanted .
The satellite receiver gets freeview images both normal and highly res . It connect to the tv hdmi port and works fine with no problem and takes up very little space . If you just want freeview images from satellite then I would highly recommend.

difficult to set up
once we managed to get the box working,after nearly 2 hours,it gives good reproduction.It can be difficult to navigate between channels,especially as there is no real menu,unlike our previous sky box.However I'm sure we'll get used to it
