The lead worked -- but when removing the 2.5mm jack from the side of my camera, the rubber shield came off, leaving the jack firmly stuch in the camera socket. Had to resort to pliers to remove it.In the bin, and I'll buy a quality cable next time!

Yes, it does. Not really much to say about this product as it does what it says and converts 2.5 to 3.5. I use it with an mp3 player that came with the 2.5 size earphones which when they broke I struggled to replace. Works well and proved a good solution for me.

Adapters do exactly as described. Used in connection with bike to bike radio and the quality is good

I wanted this as the advert stated this "This adaptor converts your 2.5mm headphone jack into a 3.5mm jack". Well it does not. It converts your 3.5mm headphone jack into a 2.5mm jack. I sent a message via Amazon to the supplier in case it was sent in error and even offered to pay again to get the right adapter but received no answer. Money spent was paltry but will not order again from Amazon on something like that. Will go to RS Components on Click and Collect and get the right adapter first time.

Does the job but came In a4 packaging which clearly isn't needed for this item. Need to sort out the packaging as its pointless for such a small item.
