So i've only used this about 4 times but so far I am very pleased with it. It is easy to assemble and I love the use of the plastic liners making it easy to clean. However, i come from one of the hardest water areas in the UK and the first time i used it, i followed the instructions by measuring half a measure of salt and within 7 minutes the alarm had gone off. Now, I literally use about 3 grains of the salt provided and this seems to work. The cartridge is easy to clean but without a powerful Dyson hand dryer to dry it with, i can imagine it would be hard to dry with towels alone. All in all though, i am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend.
