The couch looks great - very stylish. But it is quite uncomfortable. It sits really low to the ground, and the seat and back provide little cushion. Also, because of the design of the arms, it is hard to cuddle up into the corner and relax. It's best for laying on, with some pillows against the armrests. If you want to sit and watch TV, you might want to look into getting some ottomans to prop your feet on, especially if you're tall. As far as the bed, I've had mixed reviews from guests. Both claimed it was firm, but one enjoyed it and the other did not. Sometimes I lay it down into the bed myself and throw a bunch of pillows on top and use it as a daybed instead of a couch, and that's alright, partly because it's so uncomfortable as a couch. If I had the opportunity to return it, I would, but you cannot return once it is assembled, so keep that in mind. Recap: beautiful style, terrible as a couch, decent as a bed.

It lasted for 2 weeks and I loved it for that time. My very first guest was 5'4" and 120 pounds. She sat on it and the whole front board snapped (under the fabric so I can't even get it fixed for a reasonable price). Contacted Amazon to exchange it for a new one and it's not available for 2 months. Hmmmmm. Feel like I got pretty screwed here.

I ordered grey. Instead I got orange. It turns out the orange worked better with my place than the grey would have. Keep in mind that this is only meant to be used for a night or two. It is really not too comfortable for continuous use.

The couch arrived on Wednesday. It is smaller then advertised - see attached images. It already falls apart - the tuftig just falls off. The stitching is done poorly. I would appreciate the customer service contacting meUpdate: I am truly amazed and thankful to AMAZON customer service. I ended up returning the couch and my whole interaction with the support team was amazing. The couch still looked good and I imagine it would be super awesome in a less heavy traffic area. Maybe in the waiting room in a small office.

This convertible sofa is lightweight, easy to assemble, and looks good. I would not recommend it to anyone to use as their main sofa or main bed, but it is fine in a home office for the occasional overnight guest.

The couch is very modern looking and the perfect size for my small living room area. Firm to sit on - sleeping for not so tall people (visiting kids)

Very small and inconvenient for sleeping. Could be use only for sitting. Very hard surface. Couldn't even sit more than 30 min.

Good looking and easy to use. Smaller than I thought but I really like it.
