Q: Is this consider size 13 thick trs?

12 is the standard size 13 is a bit thicker good for replacement . The retainer type listed is for replacement of tubes using retainers If not presenr retainers you might have to counter sink the tube hole.There are many types of 13 thicker tubes . They are usually used on high power hearing aides

Q: Does the tube lock go all the way inside the earmold?

Ear molds that are made for tube locks yes. My ear molds do not have this feature so I simple remove the lock. The tubes themselves are great.

Q: phonak naida paradise 70

Are you asking if this will fit Naida Paradise P70? I used them for Naida Paradise P90. BUT the locks tore up my custom molds. So I no longer use them as it cost $180 to get new molds.
