Not going to tempt me away from my favourite brand but may suit your purpose.
I'm an avid user of small notebooks and get through at least one per year. I though I'd give this a try but it really won't curb my addiction to Moleskine for a variety of reasons.Firstly, I find it just too big and chunky - it's the same hight as my normal Moleskine but another 1.5 cms wider. It's almost twice as thick, and although that means more pages I'm not at all convinced by the awkard feel of it. Of course it may just be a matter of what you, or I, are used to...Secondly, I miss the quality of the Moleskine with its hard cover and high quality paper. Despite its size I don't think this notebook would have the staying power for a year of use. The cover, in particular, feels quite inadequate and the paper quality poor. Also I find the lines of the paper too broadly spaced. Again it's a matter of what we are familiar with.In its defence I will say that this would make a great project book for a particular purpose. The broad lines and the flickable pages would easily handle keeping track of a broadly based project where you were trying to handle lots of different ideas and time lines.

Style and Quality
If you are looking for the size of notebook to drop into your brief case or larger handbag then this is certainly a quality item. The '&' design is a stylish one and a range of stationary is available with the same motif if you like to co-ordinate. Inside the paper is equally good quality with lines which are printed in dots and quite faintly so you could write over them if you want to draw little charts or diagrams. Crucially the binding looks very neat and strong and this looks like a book which stand the wear and tear of repeated use. I haven't counted and there is no indication on the cover, but I would guess there are about 200 pages. It comes with a elasticated band across the cover and feels light so there should be no problems taking it to meetings or seminars either in your bag or even in your hand. Not the cheapest, but a smart and well made piece for those who like a bit of style in their stationary.

Chunky, sturdy notebook; curious and slightly mis-leading product details
I like this sturdy A6 notebook. I'm someone who loves notebooks, so was delighted to be offered this one, the best of the 3 stationery products I've had for review from Go Stationery. The paper seems a tad thicker than on the A5 notebook I had, and this means there is less chance of bleed when using something like a Pilot pen or a fountain pen, with a more liquid ink than a standard biroThe cover seems quite robust, and the thickness of the notebook means it won't get all bendy and crumpled in a handbag. The thick elasticated closure band is a much better option than the thinner elasticated strip on their A5 notebook, which had already indented and worn the cover. The faintly ruled lines (a series of dots, rather than fixed lines) are probably additionally useful if you want to use the book to doodle rather than just write, as your artistic endeavours won't be spoiled by heavy lines!Where I have lost it its star is the claim to have 'co-ordinated patterned liners' - The outside cover, as can be seen, is made up of patterned dots. So...coordinated patterned liners would suggest that the inside covers are also patterned. Not so, just an unremarkable plain cardboard.I suspect 'Go' have settled for a one size fits all description for all their notebook, and the descriptions may or may not fit the notebook you actually get
