It’s been a year since I bought this and this is still working very well. It might take 2 rounds of heating but it’s worth it for the price. Made of high quality products. Highly recommend this for anyone who needs a small portable dryer perfect for small space. Just make follow their instructions and dont over fill The tub, leave space for airflow for its efficiency

Works well. Light weight. Such a great purchase for living in an apartment that has no W/D hookups. Pretty quiet as well.

I was trying to return it because it was to loud for my small apartment and didn't want the neighbors to complain. Had it all packaged up to send back, but the company said they didn't want it back so they gave it to me to give away. I got reimbursed for it and gave it away to a friend who really needed one. Great company and great dryer that works great. She has had no problems with it 3 months later. It's small and compact too.

This small machine works great, but if you intend to put it on the floor, the fact they put the knob on the bottom will be inconvenient. I like the work the machine does, but the design mistake is a pain.

It's pretty quiet and has a sleek design!

This dryer does not hold 12 lbs. You would be lucky to fit one pair of jeans in it. It's practically small enough for the Barbie dream house
