I bought this camera nearly a couple of years back, since it works with both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, doesn't need a subscription, and best of all, is not too expensive. The device was very easy to setup, and it has been extremely useful for us to monitor certain areas of the house. The picture quality is top-notch, the night vision is excellent, and if you have a micro-SD card, you can also store a recording of all events. You can do all this without needing a separate subscription for the cloud (though that option is also available, the app never pushes you towards it). You can monitor all of it through the app, even if you're outside the house.All the above is about the camera, now moving on to their customer service. After nearly two years, I started having minor issues with the camera, with the video stream not working properly occasionally. I contacted support, they immediately replied and gave me few different instructions to try out. When I tried all that and it still didn't work, they sent me a replacement for free just like that, and it was quickly delivered as well. Julie from support, thanks a lot for that. :)So, if you're looking for a top-quality camera that's not too expensive, I'm not sure if you'll be able to find a better one.

I bought this to monitor my new puppy when I’m not home. Very easy to setup and it does everything I want it to do, buy yourself an SD card and you’re set.

I rarely write five star reviews, but these cameras deserve it. Not only do they work perfectly. The image is in color and very clear. They track movement within the rooms is very well. The app is easy to use and the installation takes less than five minutes. Basically just need to download the app and connect it to your Wi-Fi.

This is my second purchase of these cameras. Really like that it rotates and moves so you can capture motion. Easy to install and you can get it up and running pretty fast with the app. You get an email from AOSU and if you have any questions on it, they are very quick to respond so customer service is great.The only wish is that it would come with the SD card as you can't record any events without it. I ended up purchasing a pair of micro SD card on Amazon (comes in a set of 2 - 128GB) and putting those in. With the SD card, it started to record events right away and the images are clear and crisp. For the free version (record to local SD card and not cloud storage), it keeps the events on the card for a few days (I've had up to 5 days) but I think it depends on how many events it captures. If you want longer recall timeframes for the events captured, you would need to go with their cloud storage packages.An upgrade to the app would be they have more voices (especially male) on the app instead of just "uncle" and "clown." Not sure what the clown one is for so it's kind of useless. They used to have a "child" voice too but glad they got rid of it. It also has a phone button on the front of the camera so it will dial someone really quickly and it's super sensitive so if you're moving the camera, be careful of it or else you will be calling someone. :) It is also compatible with Google Assistant (they seem to highlight Alexa).Overall, good little cameras and for a pack of two, it's a very decent price!
