fits my needs
Because of necessity I ordered delivery quickly and added $2.99 for same day delivery. Well, it was not delivered to my address, and after multiple searches, it was found just thrown on the steps 8 doors down from my door which is clearly posted with my address. Not what I expected
Does not relieve constipation like other probiotics ivd tried . So, how else do I know if its good? I don't know. No side effects . Have gas and bloating. Has good probiotics needed for good oral health.

It sometimes gets stuck in your throat when trying to swallow. Make sure u swallow a drink before and after taking.overall good product. Great price
