This product is a 30 day supply of a supplement that is supposed to support improved cognition, heart health, and essential longevity. I cannot say I have noticed any improvement in my cognitive thinking or my heart health (I do suffer from angina and heart palpitations,) in the past month of taking this supplement. I can only speak to my longevity, which I would consider to be essential, in terms of my general desire to live, and all I can say is that I am still alive since starting on this supplement. I cannot say with any certainty that this supplement is the cause for my continuing existence, though. I am sorry to report that with no noticeable changes in my health that I can attribute to mushroom amino acids that this supplement is made from, I cannot recommend purchasing this item. If you want more reliable info on your heart or brain health, or ways to extend your life by practicing healthy habits, speak with a board certified physician.
