SunCure Laminating Resin - 1 Gallon

I wanted to write this review because for the do it yourselfer like me this product is super easy to use and I am so glad I watched the YouTube video where this guy was using it. I have used this product in a variety of applications for my covid project. First I used this to make custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosures. I started using the conventional fiberglass resin with hardener when I started making the box but I live in a very cold state and so working with regular fiberglass resin means it takes hours if not days to finish the curing process. This stuff even if it is super cold stick it in the sun and boom it cures in minutes. But wait there's more because this stuff is activated by UV rays I don't even need the sun. I bought two UV lamps and now I can cure the resin anytime, anywhere, during any type of weather. I have used this resin also to fix fiberglass parts on my project car and it provides superior strength coupled with fiberglass mat. Let's just say if you don't want to have to deal with the two part resin and hardener and want to be able to use this in any type of cold or hot weather, with out without the sun using artificial UV lights then get this stuff. It will make your fiberglass life so much easier.

I’ve used a few gallons of these to build fiberglass subwoofer enclosures. Not having to mix in hardener for each batch of resin makes it so much easier and quicker. You must wear an organic mask, as this stuff does smell bad, but once it cures in the sun for a few minutes it is rock hard and has no smell. I definitely recommend it. Pricing on here is the best I’ve come across. I’ve ordered and received it with 2 days from a non-prime seller.

after putting the resin on the cloth I put it in the sun and it never hardened up. Even after leaving it in the sun all day long it never fully hardened up
