2 months Usage Feedback ! Definitely very useful product. It helps big time in long standing Metro travels. It fit any shoes trekking, Riding, Casual. Comfortable and light. Suggestion: Product is great, need to be little bit long deeper arch as over time it start to feel bit pointy in foot arch.

The insole provides good foot support. I have been using it in my office shoes, and the results are good. The quality of the memory foam is excellent—thick and comfortable. I’m not sure how effective it is for flat feet, but since I have an arched foot, I prefer a soft, thick insole with arch support. I experienced some discomfort because the insole is flat. If Frido added arch support to all their insoles, it would be more beneficial for people like me. Arch support is essential, as flat insoles can be slightly painful for those with arched feet. Size - is customise and you can cutout as per your need.

Such a relief for flat feet people. Noticeably back pain faded away after using these in soles . I wish they have footwear also available for flat feet

Its says size 9-11 UK, and i put these insole in my current UK 11 size shoes. Found it a little bit smaller as compare to actual sole. Due to its arch can't compare the actual length but when i put it in my shoes there is small space left in the shoe top. I have 3-4 shoes of size UK 11 and found the same issue. But its quite comfortable so kept it.

If you have any kind of pronation issue which is common with people with flat feet, you will need some kind of arch support in the shoe/footwear you buying but getting an insole that supports is a waste of your time especially this one. There are too many issues with this insoles. 1. It's cheap platic material that feel so hard on feet that it will result in giving you pain instead reducing it. 2. Most of us Indians especially one with flat feet have wider foot at the toe side. The insole feel short to even support the edges of your toes. 3. The overall design is full of flaws & weird shape that instead of supporting just the right gaps, it uplifts feet from wrong places, causing imbalance. 4. Based on overall cheap quality, this should not be priced at more than 200 Rupees. 5. Many of their other insoles are returnable but THIS IS NOT. and they changed that after I ordered. Which is unethical business practice.

Really its useful. My leg pain got reduced.

The Frido insoles are fantastic! The support is excellent, and they have made a huge difference in my comfort level throughout the day. Highly recommended.
