I spent a lot of time researching this product before purchasing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! My cousins own three of the whole-house models, which are large towers, but I love the portability of this air purifier.I started with one in our family room and immediately noticed a difference. I have allergies to environmental allergens, including animal dander, dust, and mold. Despite having three dogs and a cat, I never had trouble breathing in my home—until recently. I was convinced that there was still lingering mold in my house, even though we had a wall in my office remediated a year ago. Strangely, I could visit my friend’s rescue with 35 cats and two dogs and breathe just fine, yet at home, I would struggle so badly that I needed an albuterol inhaler and had to step outside for relief.That all changed with the Greentech 500. After setting it up in the family room, I could breathe easily again! The improvement was so noticeable that I purchased a second one for our bedroom. Even my sitter commented on how much better the air quality felt in both rooms.Then came the real test—my office. After repairing the wall that had been torn out due to mold, I decided to remodel further by enlarging the closet opening. Unfortunately, during construction, the plastic sheets meant to protect my belongings weren’t properly secured, and everything in my office was left covered in dust. I had everything almost clear when the refinishing left me with another fresh layer of dust!! The air was so thick with debris that I couldn’t stay in the room for long without struggling to breathe. Determined to finally clean and organize my office, I decided to temporarily move the air purifier from the bedroom into the space. Within an hour, I could breathe freely! That convinced me to buy two more units.These purifiers are fantastic at improving air quality—they purify, deodorize, and ionize the air while visibly trapping impurities on the filter. They’re also easy to maintain; blowing out the filter keeps them running efficiently.The portability is another huge plus! When I traveled to Orlando for a conference, I brought one for my hotel room, and it was a game-changer. Older hotels sometimes have musty smells or allergens that bother me, but with the Greentech 500, I had no issues at all.And the price? Incredible! You can buy almost eight of these for the cost of one whole-house unit 1,375 sq ft) , which makes so much sense—especially if you have rooms with closed doors like we do.It is also very easy to set up, just take it out of the box and plug it in! If the unit turns on for a few seconds, then turns off repeatedly, then the plug is not seated firmly enough in the unit. Thank goodness my partner knew that was the problem! It had not happened with the first unit that he had set up!I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has truly improved my quality of life and helped me manage my environmental allergies.

This feels like a really good quality product, the argument for what it is supposed to do seems valid. I use it but truthfully I can't tell the difference in air quality,

Like ota quietness and very effective

I used this product on and off since I bought it 18 months ago to cleanse the air in my lower level rec room. It suddenly stopped working, unfortunately. I wasn’t able to send a message via Amazon to the seller. I hesitate to buy a new filter if the unit is broken. It seemed to work fine at the time, so I’m disappointed in its limited time of usage.

Great much more efficient than the Air pro 50 I always had to clean and when I did bad smell. With this you change a filter and it has 3 different setting. I'm amazed it really really works!!!!!! Will buy another for my upstairs!!!!!

The filter is on the bottom, just didn’t make sense to me for the price. I didn’t notice a difference in the air. Spend the extra money on Greentech’s larger units which are impressive.

I purchased a pureAir 50, then another, then another, and finally I purchased the pureair 500. My wife said to me after I bought the first 50 that this unit makes a big difference, which influenced me to buy more. Its quiet, small and out of the way. I noticed a difference in 20 minutes and I have two dogs and two cats! I highly recommend these products!
