The bolts are too short to securely screw the top and bottom parts together. The nut doesn't fit standard Craftsman socket wrench. The supplied tool also doesn't fit the nut.The 2 plastic halves are sturdy, but with vibration I expect the bolts to separate from the nuts. Absolutely not for transporting long distances in a vehicle. Also the exposed nuts catch pet hair.

The material is meh. The handle does does not make it easy to hold the cage. The gate can't be removed unless you disassemble the whole changeso it makes it harder to clean.

Did not fit two medium sized cats, about 12 & 10 lbs, but I was able to transport my somewhat tamed ferrel cat in it and my tom rode in the truck to our new home. Good quality. Securely attaches together.

Used this 23" long Carrier to take my cat to the vet. The carrier is neatly made and didn't have any sharp pieces. Good buy.

Product did not come with nuts or bolts. All I received we're the two halves, the door, and the bottom flooring. No nuts and bolts = something I cannot use at all.

It's nice looking carrier. I wish it had the screws that you put in and twist vs. an old style metal screw that you need to tighten.
