I bought this as a replacement unit for the original power adapter for my Dell XPS 13 (L321X). My original one still works for most of the time, but sometimes I found it "to fall asleep" for some reason. I found that this replacement unit works great! Some things that I noticed as I am using this unit for the last few days. It runs cooler than the original Dell adapter. Nice. The brick part is a bit thinner and a bit taller. About the same volume by eyeballing, just a bit of different form factor, I guess. There is no LED light in the brick part, different from the original unit, but this does not bother me. One small thing that did bother me so far: the overall length is somewhat shorter than the original one, maybe 10' as opposed to 12' or something like it by very rough estimates. This did become an issue for me in one room, which I could solve by swapping the AC cable part with the old adapter. Overall, this seems an excellent replacement unit and charges my computer quite rapidly. The short cable length is the only reason to give 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars, but this is a minor issue.

Received the item quickly and it works for the model mentioned in the description.

What I liked was the fast service! What I ordered work fine. What I did not realize was the length of the power end of the cord was shorter than the original one that came with my computer. I probably would have bought a longer one. Thank you, BAT, INC. for the fast service.

Pros - price and it worked with my Dell laptop. Other OEM products did not charge my laptop, but this did.Cons - nothing yet. Only had a few months.

Worked for my Dell xps laptop from 2012. Initially the battery was not keeping a charge (hasn't been on in years), but after being plugged in for a few hours, it's charging up now.
