This has the consistency of honey but of course doesn't taste like honey. Nothing tastes like honey but honey HOWEVER, its not bad. The spice is there for real!! I like to mix it with mustard to make a hot mustard sauce. I will buy it again.

I love Mike’s hot honey and was so excited to see this sugar free . Bad news 😔 10.00 and NOT hot honey at all, its very strong cinnamon-ish flavor and has a seriously nasty after taste. It’s a hard no for me

This was good - like the little pop of spiciness. Not too spicy, just enough to make things interesting.

It is good just not what you expect from hot honey. It would not be good on a savory dish. It tastes like a candy apple coating. It would be great on apple pie or a croissant but definitely not on say pizza.

I had never tried hot honey before since I only heard about after I started a keto way of eating. So, when I saw that ChocZero had a hot honey substitute I decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did. I decided to try it in my coffee one morning and I was hooked! It may sound weird to you, but give it a try! It is not real spicy, but there is enough of a kick to get your attention. The only drawback is, for some reason, their squeeze bottles tend to create like a vacuum sometimes which makes it difficult to get the honey out. Other than that, I was definitely pleasantly surprised with this product.

If you're looking for hot honey, this is probably exactly what you want. The texture and consistency is on point. The heat is definitely there. But I'm giving it 3 stars because it's listed as "Cinnamon Hot Honey" and "Cinnamon Fireball" and even has cinnamon sticks on the pictures. There is nothing cinnamon about this, which was a HUGE disappointment for me. I love the hot cinnamon flavor of anything. My favorite candy as a kid was Fireballs. My favorite drink as an adult is Fireball! I was hoping to add this to my apple cinnamon tea and make low-carb cinnamon pecans with it. I really can't do either of those because it has no cinnamon flavor. The heat comes from chili peppers and paprika. It's a burning heat that lasts on the back of your throat. Not cinnamon at all. It is a good product, but it's grossly misrepresented in the listing.

I'm not a fan of this. To me it tastes like dentyne gum. It's not what i was expecting. The only thing i can think of using this for is to put in hot tea.
