Purchased this on advice from a friend. I was pretty skeptical, but the first night I slept on it, I slept through the night. Experiencing less pain when rising and lower joint inflammation.With continued use, I have more restful sleep and even improved dreams. I wake up ready to go, which is a definite benefit.The mat is easy to use and easy to put on the bed. I would definitely recommend this grounding mat to anyone experience pain, inflammation or sleepless nights.

At first I was super skeptical about whether or not I would feel anything from a grounding mat. My cousin sent me the link to this exact one & said I HAD to purchase it - it worked wonders for her. To my surprise, after about 5 days, it worked wonders for me too. Normally my mind is racing at night, I toss and turn, my body hurts, etc. after sleeping on this mattress, my aches have lessened and my body is calm enough to fall asleep sooner than usual. The mattress pad is so worth it. I even purchased travel-sized grounding mats for when I’m away from home because I truly feel it makes a difference. I highly recommend this product!

Quality, comfort, size and functionality.

I was sceptic at first for this item but i decided to order and try i did try on my day of and let me tell you this GROUNDING MAT is health come true, i suppose to pick up my husband from the airport this morning I overslept because of the mat, but im telling you this mat takes all your worries and anxiety away like you never had it. Highly recommend to order DO NOT MISS!!!!

I was praying that these mats would bring the relief that my son needed for his leg. Unfortunately it did very little to nothing for either one of us. I was hoping I would get some relief for my arthritic knees. Im not sure, but I don't think it helped. I had to go and get knee injections.

I love that it fits on one side of the bed. It is well made and comfortable. Remember to put it on top of your bottom sheet. There is no sweating while you’re sleeping.

This product came as described with a grounding test pen. You’re suppose to check that it’s grounded with the pen. The Pen indicates grounding However this pen lights up when you touch anything metal including the The door nob which is def not grounded. This picture I included is of me testing the mat when it’s not even plugged in. So disappointed, would give zero stars for trying to trick people into thinking this product works. Shame on them! Run away from this company trying to take advantage of people looking for health resources!

Overall, this grounding mat is very easy to put together. If you are an avid meditator, be prepared for this grounding mat to enhance your meditations. I have noticed the most increased effects in my daily meditations and the overall aches and pains in my body have lessened.
