HIVIZHiViz Flashpoint Fiber Optic Shotgun Sight

The dot in my front sight on my FNS9 fell out after the first few times shooting. I painted a new dot in it but it was hard to see, particularly in low light conditions. This sight truly gathers the light and provides a quick acquisition. Very glad I put it on my firearm.

Purchased this for my Stoeger P3500 to replace the giant factory sized bead. Sight fit perfect and the available screws threaded in correctly. The size of this sight is perfect for turkey hunting and my main reason for purchasing.A week prior to this I had purchased another brand fiber optic sight for the same firearm and all the screws they provided were too short and wouldn’t thread.

I like this sight. I purchased it for shotgun deer hunting and didn't want to use a rifled barrel. The rear sights and raised front sight are very easy to install.One bit of complication though is that on the 870 a second hole behind the front bead had to be drilled to secure the front sight.I questioned the security of the rear sight but after shooting a box of slugs it was still just as accurate and attached as it was when I startedThe sights pick up light well and work great in dawn/dusk shooting scenarios.It comes with front green/orange pipes and rear pipes include orange, green, white, and black, allowing one to find a combination that works for you.The bright sights allow for fast target acquisition.

Screws into the front bead hole. My oldest son doesn’t shoot well and he lost the insert to his optic sight about 3 years ago. He was using the lost insert as an excuse for missing literally everything in the air that flys. Put the new sight on (installs easily) and now he can now hit a barn.

Nice upgrade. I haven't been out on the field yet, but I can tell it's going to make a huge difference. The original front sight on in the bottom. It's not hard trying to figure out what screw is the Mossberg 500. Process of elimination to find the correct screw and then a little thread locker for good measure. It is would be nice if the screws were labeled in the package..

Does the trick but feels a little cheap. Front post is BRIGHT but the bead is a little thicker than I'd like. Raised attachment locks up nice and tight. Double sided tape to apply to front sight is crap and won't peel correctly to even be used. Ended up using epoxy and drilling a second hole for a second screw (included). Rear fiber optics change easily and are secure But the rear sight is pretty chinsey once you start torquing it down. Overall a good buy. Just not as nice as I expected.

Works great on my FNX45, I like how quickly I can change the light tubes, as I always remove it before cleaning to ensure they don't get hazy from cleaning chemicals.

Installed without a hitch, and I asked the mfg. for support and they answered my questions within a day. And even sent me a screw I needed to finish the job perfectly, within a few days. Sights are great and can't wait to use it to harvest a turkey.
