The main map is at a scale of 1:4,000,000 and includes more detailed insets at 1:1,250,000 for Cairo, Alexandria and Port Said in Egypt as well as for Israel and immediate surrounding area. The map has a wealth of physical relief detail whilst being overlaid with an extensive road network, international boundaries and local administrative boundaries, rivers, canals, airports and cities/towns shown in nine different population bands.
