A success rate of 6 out of 7 cartridges
Six of the seven cartridges worked fine. However, the seventh cartridge, Cyan, is not recognized by the printer. I only discovered this recently because I did not need to replace all my cartridges at once. As per the directions, I removed and reinstalled the cartridge many times, but it was never recognized.I left a comment about this on the seller's page, but never heard a response. I know the Return window has closed, but it would be great if the seller could offer a replacement. It's not as if a buyer is going to identify a problem with a pack of cartridges immediately upon receipt of the product.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: This vendor just moved to the top of the class. I just ran across contact information for them 5 months past Amazon's return window. I called their phone number and got a person within a minute. They are shipping me a replacement for the defective cartridge, gratis. They also stated that THEIR return policy is valid for two years after purchase -- not just Amazon's one month window.Thank you.

Messed up my Epson Artisan 1430
Where do I even start!?I've gotten these a few times and normally I prefer to stock up since I own my own small business selling prints and stickers and such. That being said I normally open my ink months after purchasing it (significantly longer than the return period). While these don't come even close to the quality of the epson brand ink, I also like saving hundreds of dollars so with some settings adjustments I made them work. However the last two orders I got were absolutely horrid. First, the light magenta leaked into the printer itself which was a hassle to clean. I've never had that happen in my epson printer before now. After tenderly cleaning the inner mechanisms of my precious printer and reading it a bedtime story, I simply replaced the light magenta with a new one to avoid a repeat of the issue. All was well for awhile until I had to change the regular magenta. Now ive had this printer for many years now. Its a long discontinued printer from 2012 and I am currently living in the year 2022. It comes as no shock that I have changed a cartridge on it before. Like second nature I swapped the two out and went to continue my printing adventure. However I quickly realized the magenta wasn't printing despite being replaced literally 10 seconds ago. Supposing the printer may be going through some teenage rebellion, I tried every troubleshoot process I knew off the top of my head before popping open the printer for the second time that night. Thanks to the leaking incident I had literally just finished cleaning an hour prior, I had gotten to know the inner workings of my printer. You could say we bonded. That being said everything looked good in the hood until I noticed something odd about the magenta ink.I was literally just blue inside. It was like someone took the cyan cartridge and slapped a magenta sticker on it. There were no signs of the cyan ink leaking over and I desperately attempted to clean what I could but now I have to bring my only reliable printer into the shop to get fixed up with a hefty bill. The saddest part is, thanks to price and asscessibility, I really don't know of another ink brand I can use on my discontinued printer....

Affordable Alternate for Budget-Conscious
This is an affordable option for those of you trying to print on a tighter budget. If the cartridge doesn't load, keep cool, and shut everything off, all of it, all the way. Then, after you install it, bring you computer back on. 9 times out of 10, it just takes a minute for the Epson software to go OH you INSTALLED it

Lt magenta gone already?? UPDATE!
So my original review is below but I wanted to update it because the company has reached out to explain that it’s not normal for the magenta to run out so fast and they apologized and sent me a new set! I don’t know many companies these days that stand behind their products after the sale and I’m very impressed with their level of product integrity. I changed the star rating from 3 to a 5 for this gesture and I’ll continue to purchase in the future with no worries. Thank u!*Not sure why but all the colors are lasting aside from lt magenta…it lasts only half as long as the other colors.

E-Z Ink to the rescue!
I’m very impressed with E-Z Ink! And this is why;I’ve always used professional quality Epson printers. I now own an Artisan 1430. Recently I put in a couple of new Epson Ink cartridges. Everything worked fine until the new cartridges went in. The new cartridges did not print! After 3 hours of phone calls with Epson in the Philippines and California, following Epson’s instructions and pumping a full set of ink cartridges overboard, I was told the printer had mechanical print head problems! But it was fine until the new cartridges were installed! I asked if there were ever bad ink cartridges? NO, absolutely not, was the answer!I bought the E-Z Ink cartridges to test my theory and replaced the two ‘bad print’ cartridges. They worked immediately. Obviously Epson can no longer be trusted to think ‘beyond the phone script.’ No such thing as real, qualified tech service anymore.Next day one of the new E-Z Ink cartridges stopped working. E-Z Ink had sent me an Email asking if all went well. I replied and said “no” and explain the sequence. E-Z Ink replied with a suggestion that I perform a sequence of ‘head alignment’ procedures. That fixed it! E-Z Ink knows Epson better than its own ‘tech support!’No more depending on Epson’s support! It’s E-Z Ink from now on. At a fraction of the cost!
