You mix the dry product with cold water until it dissolves, then cook alone in a pan or add to other dishes. Can be cooked in the microwave but as with real eggs, they will be different. Microwave on low heat and stir. The trick is to let them completely dissolve before you cook them, otherwise they will be lumpy and grainy. Hope this helps.

I didnt use it for baked goods. But I think it would mix well. The quantity you get for the amount of money is insane so I have not purchased again. But they did taste good
