I would advise staying away from these. Take a look at all the positive reviews here... don’t they all sound like they were written by the same person? Very similar grammatical errors across all the ratings too. With names like “Bob” and “Peggy” - no last names - and no verified purchases, I’m VERY suspicious of their authenticity.As for the product itself, these aren’t horrible headphones, but they’re definitely below average. Have you ever covered a speaker with your hand where you could still hear the sound but it comes out muffled? That’s how these sound. It’s not so bad where you can’t make out words, but a “private concert” it is not. And I am by NO means an audiophile. I’m perfectly content with garden variety $15 earbuds, and these fall well short of even that level of sound quality.I was scammed, but it’s not too late for you.

Noise cancellation is zero.

Ok for music if I keep the volume at the lowest (1 bar). Difficult to use for audio conferencing because the volume is way too loud even at minimum. I had to pull out the earbuds and let them sit loosely in my ears.

I bought this one about a month ago and have been using it since. This product has some serious quality issues. Out of the box, the volume control buttons didn't work. It was fixed at a certain level and if I wanted to change the volume level, then I have to adjust it with my iPhone. Also, the description of the product says the range goes up to 30 feet. This is not the case with my headphones. At best, it goes about 10 feet. And in my house, it can barely go 5 feet if there is a wall in between. And once I put my iPhone in a cover such as running phone holder or even in a pocket of my Goretex jacket, then the reception becomes very poor and often times get interrupted. I guess you get what you paid for. Had I known about these short comings, I would not have purchased this product. I would use them until they die and will replace them with a higher quality product.
