The media could not be loaded. I have been using this digital voice recorder for a few weeks to record interviews, meetings, and some personal notes. Here are my thoughts on its performance and features.Design and Build Quality:The device boasts a sleek, compact design that fits comfortably in my pocket. The build quality feels robust and durable, making it easy to carry around without worrying about potential damage. I also love the carbon fiber look, which adds to the nice overall look.Audio Quality:The HD noise reduction feature is OK. It helps to minimizes background noise, resulting in clear audio recordings. Whether I’m in a noisy café or a quiet office, the voice recorder consistently delivers good quality audio. However, don’t expect a nice HiFi stereo sound out of this small device though.Storage and Battery Life:With 64GB of internal storage (included micro-SD card), this recorder can store an impressive number of recordings. The claim of 800 hours of recording time is accurate, and I’ve found that I don’t have to worry about running out of space anytime soon. The battery life is excellent, lasting through multiple long recording sessions without needing a recharge.Features and Functionality:The voice activation function is particularly handy, ensuring that it only records when someone is speaking, saving both storage space and battery life. The playback feature is intuitive, allowing for easy review of recordings on the go.Additionally, the recorder doubles as an MP3 player, which is a nice bonus. I can listen to music or recorded audio files with good sound quality, using the included ears-buds.Ease of Use:The recorder is user-friendly with a simple interface. The OFF/ON and other playback function are straightforward, even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. The buttons are well-placed and responsive, making it easy to start, stop, and manage recordings. More functionality will be available when using the included ears-buds that has some more control buttons on it. However, you will need a computer to edit some other settings, buried inside a special file in the micro-SD car.Cons:The device could benefit from a more detailed user manual. Some advanced features took a bit of trial and error to figure out.No screen on the device. You will have to deal with just a red/blue light to know the recorder’s status.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this voice recorder. It’s a fairly priced investment for both personal and professional use.

Working so much

I have an abusive sister who will get all up in my face, yelling, and just all bent out of shape and with me being a man I didn't really know how to defend myself against this with her being a woman because I can't physically touching her and that would be assault and I would get in trouble. So I finally realized that I needed a recording device that wasn't so obvious so I could record any verbal abuse and have proof. This is perfect for that. I can clip it to my belt loop and if she shows up in some kind of angry mood swing (She is bipolar and abusive to begin with) then I only need to slide my hand down to my side to flip this on and it doesn't even look like a recording device. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the microphone hole is only on one side and extremely hard to see so you have to be careful that you have it pointing outwards instead of toward your body or if using on a table top, you have to make sure the microphone side is up or you won't get a recording. The other reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it has the bare minimum features with no speaker playback. You will have to use the headphones to listen to your recordings and use the buttons on the headphone cord to delete messages but you can adjust the volume and fast forward or reverse back the recording while listening. You can also connect this to you computer or tablet to save the recordings but you will need a usb-c to whatever type of usb connection you are using on your pc cable. Like a usb-c to usb 2.0 or usb-c to usb-c if you have a usb-c connection on your pc. If you are like me then you already have a few of these cables laying around. If you are looking for a voice recorder with a screen and all the extra features for recording lectures, consultations, et. then this is probably not what you are looking for but if you need something to record conversations that is not noticeable then this is perfect and very low cost and I am very pleased with this for the use I needed it for. It is very simple to use. You only need to slide the switch on and it will start recording and will auto save the recording when you turn it off so you don't have to worry about it not saving an important recording. I have used this on my desktop to record phone conversations and it has always recorded a good clear voice recording every time for me but be aware of the laws in your area when recording conversations if you don't tell the other person that they are being recorded.

battery lasts only 24 hours its super bad

I would highly recommend this product. It performs just as it says it does. And although I do not recommend washing the recorder, the files and storage card were recoverable and safe after a full wash cycle. The recorder itself does not work anymore after being fully submerged, but I still have the audio files that were on it. I purchased a second one.

I have used this now in a few instances. The cool part is it can be kept in the open and it is not recognizable.Just be careful. Some states do not allow you to record a conversation with out notification of other party’s. It’s really high quality and the sound and battery life is great. It is very small and easy to conceal

Three people have tried to help me get this thing working I wanted it to record stories my mom tells before she forgets them, and I am so disappointed.

This little recorder has amazing sound quality, and picks up a lot! Having said that you need to be careful where it is if you’re trying to record something as it will pick up every other little noise. Great value very sturdy very functional battery life wonderful
