wonderful product. 200mcg selenium as Selenomethionine was not available earlier. I was looking for it as this is the best form of selenium to be absorbed by the body. Few products are available but they are 40mcg. Now i have to take only one tablet per day .one bottle is enough for continuous use of 4 months.Recommended product.

My honest review message is ::DO NOT BUY, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REGRET.80% of the bottle is empty. Tablets are so foul smelling. Not only this disgusting smell...but the rough periphery tablets are also coated with a thick colour film...most probably an artificial synthetic colour. The name of colour used is not disclosed in ingredients list. All companies have freedom of hiding harmful things under the name Excipients q.s.This Company probably thinks that all customers are foolish and it can push anything under good label and good quality plastic bottle !Finally the product is non-returnable.You can't do anything, except tearing your hairs out and making regrets on purchase of this offensive product !!

These tablets are small and easy to swallow. The tub contains 120 tablets which is enough for 4 months. Each tablet conatins 200mcg selenium (as L-selenomethionine). Selenium is helpful for thyroid and immune system support. Please be aware that selenium may not be suitable for everyone, so please check with your GP before taking these.

Could not tolerate because of the colouring additive, as got mcas and a lot of allergies

This is 4 months supply of these little easy to swallow red tablets. At only 1 tablet per day and because they are tiny it's not hard to add them into your daily routine. These aren't the cheapest if comparing to some other brands but for 4 months supply overall I would say they are good value.

My family of three had been eating Brazil nuts up to December 2023, which was an easy online recommedation to ensure that we were getting some of this particular element, Selenium, but we don't keep to a daily routine.So we took the step in December 2023 to buy it in tablet form, so we have a regulated dosage, and not looked back.As we were due to purchase some more, the option to review some for Amazon was a well timed opportunity and Ambrosial really do present and prepare a good quality supplement in my experience.It arrived boxed and as shown with a sealed top, the cap is more of a lid and a big opening to get your tablets out. The labelling is clear and easy to follow. I find that very important now, i want to see what im taking and everything needs to be readable.It is always worth checking online before you start using supplements of any side effects and especially when taken with other medicines or supplements.I'd say we are much more aware in 2024 about how different supplements can be of benefit to our wellbeing, we certainly have no issue in buying or reviewing these types of supplements.This one has been very well received and very much a regular supplement we use all year round.

These selenium tablets come in a bottle of 120 tablets. The bottle is sealed well for first use, but has an easy to open flip top lid and no child safety mechanism so do ensure you keep the bottle out of reach of children.These tablets do stink and it's not a pleasant scent. I've had selenium tablets before and they did not smell like this.The tablets are a standard size and easy to swallow and there is silica gel bit inside the bottle with the tablets to ensure any moisture is absorbed.The dose recommended on the bottle is 1 tablet per day meaning this bottle should last around 4 months so, although there are probably cheaper alternatives on the market, for a 4 month supply of something, I don't think the price is that bad.The reason I have given this 1 star is due to the dosage per tablet. Each tablet contains 200mcg and that isn't a good thing. The reccomended daily intake of selenium for an adult is around 55mcg, these tablets then are just a little over 4x that amount. There is evidence to support that a doseage of 200mcg can increase your risk of diabetes, plus would probably have additional selenium naturally during the day in the food you eat taking your daily dose way up and this can be toxic. I would advise you seek medical advice before taking such a high daily dose to ensure your doctor thinks it is safe.
