I am really impressed with the quality of these aids. Easy to operate and a comfortable fit.I did have an issue and customer service team were very helpful and resolved my issue immediately!

When they arrived they were good a little hard to turn on but I managed. After a couple of weeks the left one stopped working completely. Fully charged and won’t turn on. Also if you take them out of the charger for a second once the light turns green and put them back right away the light turns orange as if they needed to be changed again.

The only thing I don’t like is there is no app for my phone like my other hearing aids. I couldn’t afford the out of pocket on my retirement so here I am.

I finally got them charged one time and one worked and second charge left all night charging and still were not chargeI am through Been to use my old earcentric ones that stay charge maybe three hours that’s why I am buying but these did not work

The hearing aid itself is very compact and is light weight, so goes easy on the ear lobes. It also comes with the compact charging case which holds charge to be used 3 times, which can be used for 2 days of general use without charging the case. The compactness aids for easy travel and maintenance and the case makes sure every time its charged while its being stored and taken places. I would highly recommend spending some time with the instructions, especially if you are a first timer using hearing aids. It just makes the whole process easier and lets you enjoy the experience.Felt good on the ears and the highlight in the design is the stabilize bar that this one has, which seems like an unique design and helps greatly with the support on the groves of your ear lobes. You can can cutoff the extra portion, if you feel that the length is a hinderance and that would be a great customization for your ears. There are 3 different sizes of earplugs to better suite your ears. Using them was pretty straight forward. Pretty much all the functions including ON/OFF and changing modes could be controlled with the volume buttons.Active noise cancellation is a must for hearing aids as its main purpose is to enhance the sound for you and unnecessary noise can be a huge hinderance in the process. It comes with 4 different modes that would suite different kind of scenarios that you might be in. You might take some time to find the right mode for different situations but at least the option is there to chose from. It also comes with a cleaning brush, which greatly aids in cleaning up the dead skins or the ear wax that builds on the ear plugs. Overall its an important piece of equipment to have if you have problem with hearing.

They are fairly comfortable and a conveniently shaped charging pod. But there has been no consistency in the charging time. I have never gotten 18 hours. I have charged 12 hours with only 1.5 hours and then sometimes 8 or 2 or 12 hours use time. Not reliable at all.

I have been noticing my hearing is not quite what it used to be, so I thought I'd order these hearing aids to see if I could get some clarity. They are a little more complicated than I expected, and I found them difficult to use. They look fine, they come with attachments to fit in my ear, but I was unsure whether or not they were charged and how to adjust the volume controls to actually use them. I had high hopes I'd be able to hear everything more clearly, but these just weren't user friendly enough for me. Maybe if you have some experience with hearing aids, you'd have better luck than I did. Thanks.

For those of us who deal with compromised hearing, the search for aid and assistance seems to be never ending. I can't say that these aids end that search for me, but they are definitely a significant improvement over the standard amplifiers I have tried in the past. These aids are super comfortable to wear. I only have hearing loss in a single ear, but after inserting the one I needed, I forgot I had it in. The hearing was not like "natural" hearing (we have to understand and accept that that will be the case no matter what type of device we use), but it was a step above the tinny sound of simple amplifiers. I didn't experience any shrieking (for which I am sincerely grateful). The different modes actually did make a difference. I tested that feature while singing. Understand, I am not a singer in any type of professional sense of the term, but I always enjoyed singing around the house (mostly when I was alone). Since my hearing degraded, I can no longer hear enough to stay on key. Using this aid, I could once again hear the notes. This may seem insignificant for most people, but for me it was almost like reclaiming a favorite activity which I had unwillingly relinquished. The button controls of the aid are quite straightforward and easy to navigate. I'm not a huge fan of the stabilizer bar. While I recognize its purpose, it is too long for my preference. I am tempted to "trim" it to a more acceptable length, but I don't want to do anything to the device which could impact its performance. I appreciate the help the aid provides. I know that previous reviewers have criticized the price of this item. It currently is listed at $249.99 with an additional $100 coupon to apply to the purchase. Compared to many amplifiers which sell for close to $100, the added features offered with these aids make this price point a reasonable value. 4 stars.
