The Hot Pepper Company - Yellow Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Dried Pods (50g)

they came to my door in two days grate fast delivery and the chilly was super hot i used them for a hot chilly sauce just pop them in hot water for an hour then use them and the water i used 1 lemon 1 lime 2 onion lots of different chillys about 100g 1 hole bulb of garlic half a finger size of ginger and half a cup of viniger 1 tbs of salt then the hot chilly boil them up for five ten mins then use a blender make sure it is cool before using the blender you can do it before but i use a hand blender so it is easy pop it back on the hob for ten mins and there you go hot chilly sauce 1tbs for hot curry chilly be careful its so so very hot use a little at a time i like to blow peoples socks off with it back ; )

when i first recieved these and tried them dried, i was a bit disappointed as they didn't seem to have much heat. they were hot, but not the hottest in the world hot.after re-hydrating them by boiling them in water for about 20 mins, i placed a small piece in my mouth and.OH WOW :Damazing. i made some ketchup by adding the whizzed up chills, tin of chopped toms and vinegar.best chilli sauce ever!

Opening the pack I caught a whiff of these chillis and even the smell sets the pulse racing. Great hot chillis with a rich flavour, not for the faint-hearted though. Use with caution and respect, but do use.
