Is there a cover that comes off easily to wash?

It does wash and dry easily. However, YES!!! the little black skids on the bottom DO COME OFF after it's been washed a few times. It's super annoying as a few fall off with every wash. My cat loves this so much, though, I will put up with the shedding dots. I wash regularly and then put in the dryer without fabric softener and it comes out like new (minus the black dots that come off). Hope this answers your question.

How firm are they? The frame I have is not solid underneath.

Have it on the floor. Soft but not firm. Also have one in solid plastic crate and it works very nice. Very pleased with them.

Is the cover all the same fabric, or is there a different material on the bottom side? thanks

There is a different material on the bottom to help keep the bed in place. It is not as plush as I wanted it to be.

Does this have a "furry" texture that a dog's nails might get caught on? My dog is a digger and from the owner photos, looks worrisome to me. Thx.

I don't own this bed, but my dog is a digger/nester too. I've found that if I put a loose blanket in whatever bed she's using, she will dig and arrange the blanket rather than tear up the bed. This has been THE solution for me with her digging and nesting in her beds. She likes the cozy fleece ones. So I wonder if you got your dog this bed and also put a loose little blanket with it, like a cheap 50x60 throw, that might keep any tearing from happening, and those who own it say it's not looped fabric to get nails caught in.

Lovely and soft

Great item

I got this for my cat who is getting on in years and with her arthritis can no longer jump on the bed so when I am not around to lift her up onto the bed or sofa I wanted to get something nice to place on the floor for her so she can come as go as she likes and I have to say it is like she is superglued to it she loves it so much so I have ordered another one for her it’s lovely and soft with the padding and keeps her warm just the right size as well I totally recommend this bed

Good size for small cats who are very happy with their little bed

Good quality and perfect size for cat carrier, or on high furniture. Good size for my small cats who are very happy and comfortable on this bed. It’s thrashed with kitty paddling and still looks good. Easy to clean and washes well. Nice neutral colour and good padding. Brought on offer giving value for money.

A bit too much for what it is worth.

Good prouduct however it has lost its shape over a month or so. On the plus side I have had this dog bed for almost a year now and it's the first of many my dog hasn't chewed. I'm going to purchase another for our puppy.
