This is an excellent sugar substitute and I’ve purchased it multiple times already. I mainly use it for keto baking, and the results are consistently great. It dissolves well, has a clean sweetness without a weird aftertaste, and works beautifully in cakes, cookies, and other low-carb recipes. I’ve been using Durelife Allulose Sweetener (100% pure, no erythritol) and really like it. The biggest win is the clean taste — it doesn’t have the strange aftertaste you get with Splenda or a lot of other sugar substitutes. It behaves well in recipes and drinks, but it’s important to know that allulose is less sweet than regular sugar, so you’ll need to use a bit more to reach the same sweetness level. Once you account for that, it’s very easy to work with. I appreciate that this is pure allulose with no blends or fillers. If you’re looking for a sugar substitute that actually tastes normal and doesn’t leave a chemical or cooling aftertaste, this is a solid option. Would definitely buy again.

This is an excellent product for someone seeking a sugar replacement who does not like the taste of Stevia. This doesn't have an aftertaste, doesn't spike the blood sugar and is a natural plant product. It does require more sweetener than sugar which is the only difference but helpful if you are trying to cut back. As a diabetic, it's a good choice for me.

Clean, zero-calorie sweetener with aftertaste. Dissolves well and works perfectly for baking and drinks. Big bag is excellent value.

Allulose is my go-to sweetener since I gave up erythritol. It has no aftertaste and ideal for making almost anything including low-carb ice cream, as it has a very low freezing point. I tried this brand as the price was good, and it is excellent.

This is a great product. I've been using it for several years now. If you're trying to kick sugar this would be a good way to go. It's less sweet per measure (70%) but once your taste buds adjust it will taster sweeter. It's a safe substitute. Do search details online to understand allulose, some people have a bit of an intestinal reaction but if you continue using it that will stop. Artificial sweeteners (which allulose is not) with do the same if not worse. And though I would suggest you never, never ever take someone's word at face value (research it), I can tell you that allulose is not toxic to dogs or cats (unlike erythritol and other artificial sweeteners).

This is NOT A POWDERED form of Allulose as advertised. It may be a very fine grind...but it is definitely not a powder!
