I use this both on my face and my scalp, and it’s surprisingly versatile. On my face, it gives almost instant brightening when my skin looks dull or congested. There's no scent, which I always appreciate! On my scalp, it helps loosen buildup and reduce dandruff by exfoliating away dead skin. To be honest, this is really what I bought it for. The pointed applicator tip makes it much easier to apply directly along part lines, which is a huge plus. It feels targeted instead of messy. This is a strong exfoliating solution, so it’s not something I use daily. It contains a high concentration of exfoliants, so patch testing is important, and sunscreen is a must if you’re using it on your face. It can tingle, especially if your skin barrier is not in great shape. :( One thing I love about this product is that the bottle is GIGANTIC. I use a little at a time, so I know one bottle is going to last me years, likely. It's also relatively cheap, like most the ordinary products are, so unlike pricier brands, I don't have to try and ration it :P Overall, it’s an effective resurfacing product with noticeable results, just use thoughtfully and don’t overdo it.

This is my first time using a chemical exfoliation. I wanted something for strawberry skin. I’ve been using it for two months and I’ve seen some mild improvement on the strawberry skin not as much as I’d like. However, the dead skin and grime is gone! I usually use sugar scrubs and washcloths and African jets so I was sure I was squeaky clean. When I tell you the cotton swabs were black! It removed 99% of the hyperpigmentation on my underarms. My necks is like two shades lighter. I use it every two days and the difference is noticeable immediately. My skin is wayyyy softer too which I wasn’t expecting. There’s no bumps at all after two weeks of using. This really works for exfoliation that’s for sure. I wish it worked for strawberry skin though, lol.
