I am a beginner, wanted a low cost manican that I can practice on. It comes deconstructed and you have to put it together yourself. Its basically a polystyrene core with a stretchy material cover. The base and top knob are wooden (mdf?). The final result LOOKS very good. Quality and elegant. Its is VERY easy to pin fabric onto it. The only issue is it can tip over if the fabric is heavy because its slightly light. (For example making heavy coat). But that's not a major issue. The height is adjustable. This section sometimes also comes off if you are moving the manican and it's not screwed on well. Again, probably not an issue. For the price, it's a very good buy.

I bought this mannequin because I have a lot of outfits /occasion wear to sell and they look much better on the mannequin than on a hanger hung on the back of your door. well worth the money

I do recommend this tailors dummy I am on the big side so I will need to pad it more round hips tum and bottomGreat for pinning fabrics together glad I got mine 😊
