Organic Miso Damari - The Original Tamari - (200ml)

A genuine review, my partner cooked with soy all the time and slowly we moved up to Tamari Soy. I’m kind of sensitive to salt taste and so I always moderated the amount that was used in cooking. Since tasting Damari I wouldn’t want to go back. It has a full spectrum of flavour but with long deep notes, and less of the salt and bitterness I’ve experienced with normal soy and Tamari. Yes it’s expensive, but sometimes you just have to go for the best and I don’t think I would ever find this quality and flavour profile in any of the 5 big supermarket brands. I won’t be throwing it into a stir-fry because the flavour is best savoured and not lost.

I honestly cannot give this a review solely because when I went to open the bottle it slippedthrough my fingers and smashed on my tiled kitchen floor which deemed it unusable.

I use this as a healthy raw alternative to normal soy sauce. I use it on salads, stir fries, It adds a depth of flavour to all kinds of dishes, it is a real treat.

Love this. I’m adding dashes to my stir fry sauces, but also the meaty stews and pie fillings. Great umami product

This is quite possibly the most flavorful tamari you'll ever taste. It's strong and complex, and delicious. (It is pricy, but justifiably so).

Excellent service the product arrived as promised and packed with more care than some antiques, the product itself...How can I say, think of a good quality soy sauce and add body and depth to it thicker than a regular soy sauce not by much but still and the saltines is not that offensive.
