Black Panther [Blu-ray]

This version is so dark I can barely distinguish what is going on... I saw the movie and I know the difference. I adjusted my tv to the most extreme settings still very poor quality. Was this a bootleg copy?... VERY DISAPPOINTED I am trying to watch this movie... it is skipping, pixelating... just awful!!!!... I will call Amazon customer service... totally unacceptable... I am so angry right now....!!!!

I don't care what all the bad reviewers said. This movie was awesome. Visual effects were really good. I like that a little twist of comedy was added to it as well. I don't take these types of movies seriously. I simply watch them to enjoy the action and visual effects, which this movie had enough of. I am a Marvel Comics Movie fan...period! I enjoy them all. Yes, the African accents left a lot to be desired but I was able to look past all that.There are many who said this movie was racist but I didn't see any of that. It was refreshing to finally see a black movie that I thoroughly enjoyed with racism not being an issue rather than one where blacks are butchered and killed just because of the color of their skin. I will watch this one, again and again. I watched it in the theater and I also bought a copy right here on Amazon. Thank you Amazon!

While I ranted and yelled about how stupid it was for the Academy to nominate Black Panther for best picture there are a few things that must be said.After a string of just ok MCU films that seemed to be nothing but, filler and non serious stories, Black Panther arrives and gives us a truly deep MCU film everyone (regardless of skin color) can get behind. This film is a truly great story that talks about shaping your destiny and deciding what you want to be. Add to that some incredible set pieces, costumes and characters and you get one of the best MCU films in the library. This movie was a truly fun ride regardless of the missteps we get in the third act but, I was truly satisfied with the end product.Black Panther paves the way for more great films in the MCU and I am glad that this one brought us back to a reminder as to what makes the MCU so great.

It Sucked, There is Nothing Worth Watching in this movie. I was Told It Was A Good Movie, I Was Lied To. The Jeffersons Is More Likely to Be A Good Super Hero. Oh No, It's Mr. Wellfair Rolling Up In His Limo

Black Panther was such an awesome movie! I was smiling after I left the theater and I didn't even realize that I was actually smiling because of this movie. It was entertaining yet therapeutic. I enjoyed this film so much that I purchased the Amazon video version, the regular dvd, and the blu-ray versions. I have watched this movie about six times already and I can still watch it over and over when I need a good smile :)!

This movie didn't live up to the hype for me. I felt like it had a rather mediocre storyline. It was kind of your typical superhero movie in my opinion. Perhaps I was just expecting too much. If I could return it I would. I would definitely recommend renting this movie before you decide to buy. Entertaining but not worth buying in my opinion.

I bought this to add to my collection; I had already watched the movie in the theater so I didn’t open this dvd to watch until now. I was so disappointed to find that the audio for the movie does not work; the director’s intro could be heard but when the movie queued up, no sound !!! It’s too late to return so I’m stuck with a dvd I can’t hear

I have watched every marvel movie that have made to date as I am one of those collected comics forever guys. I heard a lot of people around me saying how amazing the movie was and though a good movie and a very good comic movie it wasn't any better or worse than some of the best movies they have come out with in the last ten years or so.Black Panther was always a second (or third) string character a lot like Iron Man was back in the day, a good guy to have pop in for a bit and make a significant change to a main character like Spider Man or a team like the Avengers but ultimately pop back out with little fanfare.The villain in this was one of the best though, his reasoning was sound and his way about doing things fell within the rules of the universe. Though based on the rules laid out in the movie the good guy had to act a bit like a bad guy and that was a fun twist.Over all I liked it a lot it just isn't the best of the Marvel movies to come out though it is high on the list.

Not bad for a Marvel superhero movie. With the exception of Sound Quality that has a very muffled speech and vocals quality that is drowned out by the SFX and background noise.
