Seventeenth studio album from the American rock band, initially released in 2011. It was recorded at the same time as the group's preceding album 'Bingo!', and features tracks such as 'Just a Little Bit' and 'Pretty Thing'.

If you have a spare 41.55,then pour out the beers, turn up the CD player to 15 qnd get up and dance, for this is Steve Miller at his blues busting best. The album proves what a great player Steve is,there are 14 tracks no the album, and they are all up to standard. The packaging is designed by Storm Thorgusson of Pink Floyd fame, and is excellent, with more than i hint to the artwork that so distinguished floyds coversThe tracks rock'n'roll throughout, and is a credit to Miller and the band, who areSteve Miller.....Lead guitar and VocalsNorton Buffalo.....Harmonica and VocalsJoseph Wooton.....B3,Piano,Keyboards and VocalsSonny Charles.....VocalsKenny Lee Lewis.....Rhythm Guitar and VocalsGordy Knudson.....DrumsBilly Peterson.....Bass and VocalsGUEST ARTISTSMichael Caarabello.....Congas and PercussionAdrian Areas.....Timbales and Percussion

Blues to enjoy.
I've been a long time collector of Steve Miller vinyl and whilst his earlier releases always provided something challenging his later releases seemed to a set, disappointing formula. I've been looking for a quality blues album from Steve for a while and took a chance with this purchase. Very pleased I did. It is a good purchase and makes up for the shortcomings of Rock Love with its teasing but short'ish blues, admittedly his broken neck wouldn't have helped at the time! Good return to form.

Steve Miller dipping back into his blues heritage again, don't know what it is but I always seem to get that feelgood factor when listening to Stevie guitar Miller.

Space Cowboy Moves On
The Space Cowboy comes of age, and his Strat has never sounded better. Peterson's 5/6-string bass is adequate, but pedestrian and benefits from listening on Sennheisers - but he's still no Gerald Johnson! Harmonica is mellow and never intrusive - like Paul Butterfield at his best.'Close Together' could be Status Quo or ZZT, and 'Can't be Satisfied' nods to Canned Heat. The tracks featuring vocals by Sonny Charles(the album's weak point) are mercifully few. Sound production is crisp and clean.Die-hard fans of Miller will enjoy this evolution.

He has done it again
Following the release of Bingo! I was lucky enough to see the concert at The Royal Albert Hall - terrific. This album continues in the same vein with covers of old blues numbers. As always the band are tight and the guitar playing is flawless. Steve's comments about each of the songs provide a useful historical note. Recommended.
