Nemurieru I LOVE SLEEP black (M) (japan import)

Included in the package was the Nemurieru unit and the 'I Love Sleep' case. The case has a zipper in the back so that the unit can easily be removed.The unit will turn on by holding the button for a sec or two. It vibrates with a heart-beat like rhythm. Gradually the heart-beats get further apart and softer until it turns off after 20 minutes. I've seen online Nemurieru kitty and puppy stuffed animals but they sell for a lot more than this item. So I had the idea of buying this item and then putting it into a teddy bear that I already own. It worked although it seems to damper the vibration a bit.It's not a magic cure to immediately relax me but it does seem to help. Overall I am glad that I purchased it and I would recommend it to others looking for a non-medical solution to help with relaxation.

I love these things. I bought two in highschool when they were about half the price but i ended up giving them both to friends that i thought needed them more. It’s small but that’s what i love about it because it’s easy to take the insert out and just carry it in a purse for if i have an anxiety attack or something

This is a lovely little device! I've had it for a week, and what I've noticed is that when listening to the beats, I focus on those and not the troubling thoughts that keep me from sleeping. However, sometimes I focus too hard on the beating, which keeps me awake longer than I want to. More often than not, this little device helps me go to sleep after a stressful day as a college student.

I absolutely love this thing. I heard about this online and decided to give it a go because the worst thing that could have happened is that I wasted fifteen dollars. But I loved it from the first night. I use it while I'm reading before bed and then I rest it on my pillow when I go to sleep for the night. The one downside for me is that I wish it stayed on for a little while longer. It's not a deal breaker though because this has saved me many sleepless nights.

My 4 year old has a hard time falling asleep. He didn't sleep through the night until he was 8 months old. He thinks he needs to put this directly under his head but I think it just has to be on your pillow. Works like a charm. No more getting out of bed. No more turning off adult sitcoms because I have to lay with him. I love it.

I bought this because I heard a lot of hype about it, but didn't expect it to be anything more than a gimmick. I was so wrong! The heartbeat sound helps my insomnia, and it is very useful when I just want to relax after a panic attack. My only complaint is that I can't find replacement batteries in stores.

Great little device to help you fall asleep. The beating is soft and gets softer little by little for 20 minutes and then it turns off by itself. When that is not enough, I just press it again and I fall asleep. I've yet to use it at work during stressful situations, but it does put me to sleep at night.

Amazing. Bought for my girlfriend for when I'm at work and she gets a anxiety attack. She likes it. Thinking about getting a stuff animal and planting it inside for a bigger cuddle.

Brilliant, listening really helps me sleep. Tamagotchi size egg, light blue plastic, zips inside padded pocket. Leave it on your pillow.

I love this thing. I've had it for 6 months, I use it every night for about 3-4 cycles and I still haven't changed the battery that came with it. It is worth every penny.

レビューで意見が分かれていたので購入を迷ったのですが不安な事が続き、眠れない日が多くなったので購入しました。以前、動物と暮らしていたせいか、とてもゆっくりとくん、とくん、人間の鼓動の速さでと振動が伝わるので私はとても落ち着きまました。クッションは想像以上にふかふかで期待していなかった分、満足しています。２０分ほどで終わってしまうので、もう少し時間が長ければなと思いました。満足しています。

とくとくという心音が、ほっとします。黒だと布団のなかで無くしにくいからいいかな。電気を消しちゃうと色は関係ないし、迷ったけどこの色を買って良かった！

購入以来、毎日眠れています。元々それほど酷い不眠症でもなかったので、製品の効果なのかは不明です。20分では眠れず、もう一度作動させることもよくあります。でも、何故か毎日使いたくなりますね。

トクトク。まるで生きてる卵を育てているかのようです。優しい気持ちになって、いつの間にか眠りについています。ほどよいサイズ感と肌触りも気に入ってます。

呼吸を整えたくて購入しました。思っていたより早い鼓動でした。段々とゆっくりになっていくのですが最初が早すぎるのでついていけないので効果はわかりません。音が結構響くので枕から離して置いてます。

握っているだけで素直に寝られます。いつの間にか寝てしまってどこかにいっちゃってる時がある。

睡眠に関して効果があるのかよくわかりませんでした。ざんねんです。

女房と2つ購入しました。二人とも特に目立った効果は認められなかった。次に期待します。

箱に「テスト用電池が付属」とのことでしたが付属されてませんでした。

振動が小さくて、頼りない。安いのでしょうがないと思っている。

最初はすぐに寝れました。20分のタイマーが切れる前には必ず寝てましたね。慣れてしまった今では寝れる時と、20分経って切れてしまう時があるかな・・・本人の問題もあるかな・・・

到着がかなり早くてビックリしました。効き目はわかりませんが、寝れるといいな。ただ、スイッチが今ひとつわかりにくかった！丸いところが第二スイッチということを説明書にもう少しわかりやすく書いて欲しいです。
