Ethical and professional seller
I purchased this item, forgetting we were going into a bank holiday weekend. The seller took the time to telephone me and suggest that a cheaper form of shipping might work just as well or better than the one I had chosen, given the timing. I thought this was really exceptional service - how often do sellers go out of their way to try to save you money and inconvenience? I was seriously impressed.In addition, this little book support (like a previous, larger one I bought from them) was beautifully manufactured and absolutely does what I need it to do.Highly recommend!
