I am sleeping better and is helping curb my appetite. I am actually getting up earlier than I used to so I think it’s because I’m getting a better quality of sleep. I’m going to continue to use this . They are pretty large so maybe take one at a time if you have a hard time swallowing pills.

Good product, but Berberine interferes with one of my meds. Had to stop taking it. I should have researched this better before ordering.Really hate I cannot take it. I ordered organic Celon Cinnamon from Amazon. Love it.

To be upfront, I took this to lose weight, and I did not. I can say that while taking this, I didn't gain any weight, so that is a plus. To be fair to the product, I only took one bottle, and the results were as explained. I believe that when taking supplements, you have to give them a good three months or so to see results, so it is hard to say if this works or not. I would buy it again to try it for better results.

This product helps control blood sugar levels without any bad side effects. I have been using it for a while and it works well for me.
