It works wonders!
I love this aromatherapy heating pad. I wanted a bigger sized one that I could use on my stomach (for anxiety, cramping, flu, or pain) and for my leg muscles (I have restless legs). It does the trick with all of the above symptoms!Since it is slightly big, it does tend to take a bit to heat up in the microwave - which I get a little impatient. Nothing major though!
