Got this for the hubby for Christmas. But it’s my favorite knife in the house so far. It’s so well balanced. The weight is evenly distributed I don’t feel like I’m pushing with lots of effort to get though a cut. Even is able to cut through frozen produce and frozen meat. Hoping to buy a few more as they go one sale throughout the year. We absolutely love them!

This item met my expectation. I cut up a .whole chicken with no problem. The knife was very sharp . I have ordered so many items from other companies that did not live up to their claims.

Right size and weight for me. It's a little bit larger than I thought it would be but that's a good thing, you can scoop vegies easier. Perfect for all things that aren't too hard. I have a cleaver for those things. My girly friend really likes it also and she has arthritis. The knife isn't too heavy for her, but of course we only use it for meal prep so we're not using it for long periods of time. It's perfectly sharp and sort of pretty to look at. So far all I have are good things to say about it. Happy cooking to all of you. ( I would buy these and give them to friends )
