The information states they have an IP68 waterproof rating. But there are some very visible gaps around the buld wires, where they enter and exit casing of the inline, bulb igniters. On one of the ballasts, the base of the igniter case also was not fully attached to the igniter case. Given they were obviously not sealed or even close to waterproof, I sent them back.
