No more messy looking sealant. Perfect mitres too
Recently been attempting to do a lot more bigger DIY jobs at home to cut costs down. Latest project has been to replace the broken shower tray after being quoted a stupid price.Had thought I was going to need to use sealant and try to smooth it out but this has taken the difficulties out of the edging the new shower tray.Cutting the corners has been really easy with just a sharp knife. Self adhesive so stuck nicely.Just for added waterproofness (if that's a word) I did put a very thin bead of sealant top and bottom also in the mitres.Going to get some more to use behind kitchen sink.

Looks great, easy to fit will see how it lasts
I've used this for sealing a skirting board to vinyl flooring around a toilet and after prepping the area using the supplied adhesive wipe, it has gone down really well. The ends don't quite seems as good as the middle, and I'll keep an eye on it over the next few weeks, but the overall result is very good. It's a really simple product to use and cuts easily with a good set of scissors or a sharp knife.Overall I'm really happy with the result and I'm happy to recommend. I'll update the reviewin a few weeks to confirm it's still as good as it looks at the moment.

Hard to use if you haven't done it before
This is fine on a straight run (against a flat surface, tiles will need a small infill of silicone in the grout\joins unless you made them flush), but if you go to mitre it to go around corners you need to be prepared for messing about, they say use sharp scissors, well I did, but as you cut the amount they flex within the blades made it impossible for me to cut a proper mitre that met the other cut, as a result I've had to cheat and hide the bad cuts by adding some silicone into the gaps, I dare say if your used to using this type of thing you can get some good results, but for me it's a no go, not without cutting who knows how much off before you get used to getting that mitre just right, so for me straight runs is fine, gentle curves are probably OK as well given how supple it is, but as soon as a mitre is needed I wouldn't bother personally as my attempts have failed after several cuts trying to get it right, and that's money down the drain I can't afford, so be prepared for a lot of practice if you haven't used it before, unless it's just me (nothing surprises me anymore).

Easy to apply and looks neat and tidy
The caulking trim neatens up a 90 degree gap between, say, a wall and work surface, especially if the two are both white. It can also be used at the top of the wall and the ceiling to neaten off that area too.It sticks well, so take your time and apply it carefully, because if you are sticking it to your wallpaper then it might damage it if you need to remove it and try again. It's easier to have a second chance against a baseboard and laminate floor in the kitchen, but it does stay in place well once firmly pressed down. The red backing strip is easy to peel off, and easy to see if you are working in a dark spot.I wanted it for between my countertop and tiled walls in the kitchen, and it is perfect for that purpose, finishes it off nicely.
